Viele denken, es geht nur um billige Arbeitskräfte“, erzählt Peter Schumacher, Chef des Beratungsunternehmens Value Leadership Group in Frankfurt. „Dabei entsteht derzeit ein neues, globales Wirtschaftssystem, das den Dienstleistungssektor völlig neu strukturiert.“ Schon 2006 verdienten allein die indischen IT-Dienstleister TCS und Infosys mit 1,7 Milliarden Dollar – so Value Leadership Group – mehr als die europäische IT-Industrie. Diese Firmen versuchen den globalen Anbietern auch das obere Ende der Wertschöpfungskette streitig zu machen.
